1st Posting - Sao Paulo

The group arrived in Sao Paulo on 5 different flights over a 36-hour period and everyone and their luggage made it ok! Sao Paulo is one of the largest cities in the world, with over 20 million people, but it really isn't much of a tourist center. We stayed near the airport in the town of Guarulhos, which had a nice pedestrian zone shopping street by our hotel, and then on Saturday afternoon we had a tour of Sao Paulo itself.

The small cathedral in Guarulhos was at the head of the pedestrian zone.

Pedestrian shopping zone in Guarulhos - very lively.

  1. Hey, man I am disappointed. I either wanted a visit or an invitation and got neither. Let's not have a repeat performance next time around, OK?

    Another cousin around the corner,
